Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead matrix teams across Commercial, Medical, Access, Regulatory, Legal, Supply, Finance, and Analytics. Drive aligned decision-making and timely execution.
Lifecycle Management: Plan indications sequencing, label expansion, differentiation vs. new combinations, and defense against generics/biosimilars. Manage messaging refreshes and promotional compliance.
Competitive Strategy: Monitor evolving standards of care, companion diagnostics, and new entrants. Develop counter-detail aids, objection handling, and scenario contingencies.
Field Enablement: Partner with Sales Leadership to deliver training, tools, and call plans; refine targeting and objection handling; support account and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
Budget and Resource Ownership: Manage brand budgets, agency partners, and investment allocation across tactics to maximize impact and ROI.
